Home-made Plum liqueur-Mom's Recipe: ליקר שזיפים של אמא שלי
"you need

1 kg. of pitted European Plums,
 500ml vodka or any other shnaps ,
300 gr sugar
After 4-5 weeks you separate the plums and enjoy eating them.. and the liqueur -store in a bottle."
Thank Mom, we love your liquer !












It looks good.. but I have to bake it first - 1 hour -400F
