This Bread is just HUGE, I've never baked a Bread like this before.
Very BIG in size, and realy great in taste.
Here is the recipe, so everyone can bake it at home, now.Let this Bread rise twise, for 1 hour or more each time.
Deep brown outside, and very soft inside !
Realy Yummy !!

Onion Bread

1/2 cup fried onion
1 ts salt
1 TB dry yeast (or 30 gr fresh yeast)
1/2 ts sugar
1 1/2 +1/4 cup warm water

1 small onion
sesame seeds
H O W
Mix flour, fried onion and salt.
Dissolve yeast+sugar+1/3 or 1/2 cup of the water ,cover and leave for 5 minutes or until frothy.
Put the flour mixture in the mixer bowl (or mix it by hand), make a hole in the center ,and add the yeast mixture and the rest of the water, knead dough until smooth and elastic, 5- 10 minutes. (you can add more water/flour as needed)
Place dough in a large oiled bowl, cover and leave in a warm place for 1 to 1 1/2 hours - until well risen and doubled in size.
Knead the dough again, form a round ball.
Slice an small onion to thin slices.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and the onion cuts on a big surface, roll the loaf in it..
Let the bread rise again , for an hour or more (until doubled in size)on the baking dish [yes, yes.. that big dish..].
Meanwhile , preheat the oven to 250C. When well risen- Bake the bread for 20 minute in the hot oven.
Reduce the heat to 170C and bake for more 20-25 minutes .
Cool on a wire rack . I hope you'll Love this Bread as we do !!
