Lemon Honey Cookies /* K.D.S RECIPE BOOK
It's not a secret.. that I love Lemons and Pure Honey..
So.. why not mix them together for those yummy cookies ?Again, very easy to bake , hope you'll like them as I do :-) * 45 cookies *
4 oz butter
1/2 cup sugar (less 1TB)
1 egg
1/3 cup honey
2 cups AP flour
1/2 ts salt
1 ts baking powder
1 ts lemon rind (I use 1 lemon)
H O W
Preheat the oven to 375 F (=190 c)
Cream butter and sugar.add egg and hoeny.
Sift dry ingredients and mix lemon rind into them.
Add to butter mixture.blend well.
Drop by tea-spoonsful on to a baking tin.
Bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes.
