1 TB fresh yeast or 1 ts dry yeast
3/4- 1 cup milk (warm not hot)
2 cups AP flour
a pinch of salt
a pinch of sugar
2 TB olive oil
H O W
Cream the yeast in a bowl with a little milk.
Place the flour in a bowl with the salt, sugar, olive oil, creamed yeast, and just enough milk to form a stiff dough. Using the palms of your hands, knead on a floured surface to form a smooth dough.
Return to the bowl, cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30-40 minutes until well risen. Make any topping you like.. Knock back the dough and knead for a few minutes, then roll out on a floured surface,to fit a round baking pan(I use my new Pyrex Piza pan)or use 8 X 10 in baking pan.
place the dough in the pan,and pull it into the corners.Top with your Topping/vegetables..
Bake in a preheated oven at 400F(200C) for about 20 minutes or until risen and golden.Serve ,cut into pieces.
