סלט כרוב חמוציות ושקדים

לליל הסדר הכינה מירב אוכל רב ומגוון, סלט הכרוב הלבן בתוספת חמוציות ושקדים היה רענן וטעים להפליא.בבית חיפשנו את המתכון ברשת, והגענו לגירסא מדוייקת להפליא.לא הוספנו לסלט שלנו שקדים- מירב שמה שקדים פרוסים קלויים,המוסיפים פריכות, לנו נגמרו השקדים בבית ... טעים גם טרי,הוכן על ידי רן. את השקדים אגב, נוסיף מחר
מתכון :סלט כרוב חמוציות ושקדים









כרוב חתוך לרצועות דקות
גבעולי בצל ירוק פרוסים דק
שלושת רבעי כוס שקדים קלופים וקלויים
שלושת רבעי כוס חמוציות מיובשות
לרוטב
שליש כוס שמן תירס או חמניות
שליש כוס חומץ או מיץ לימון
כפית שום כתוש
כף סוכר או דבש
מלח ופלפל
אופן ההכנה
מערבבים את חומרי הרוטב , טועמים ומשפרים תבול
מערבבים כרוב עם בצל ירוק, שקדים, חמוציות וקוקוס בקערה. יוצקים את הרוטב, משהים 10 דקות ומגישים. אפשר לאכול גם למחרת, אבל אז הסלט מתקבל בטעם כבוש.

רעיון למתנה: ברשת גולף נמכרות כעת כריות קטנות מנגנות.הכריות רכות וקטיפתיות מגיעות במספר גוונים,לכל כרית נעימה אחרת.כשתלחצו על מרכז הכרית תשמעו מספר שניות מהשיר..עד הלחיצה הבאה.כרגע במחיר מוזל

hi chanit, thanks for the mention (i think i have had a million (!) hits from the israeli site that recommended me - i would like to make your orange sugar ginger cookies. please let me know matzo cake meal and potato starch (we dont have these things here in hania!!!)

I love your Blog, it's like a whole Cookbook , with great pics too.
As far as I know , simona has no web page/Food Blog, she's writting about good food and Blogs around the world in the well known food forum in Ynet.I'll write her about your comment, soon.
I'm sorry but for the orange sugar ginger cookies, no subtitute can be used, matzo cake meal and potato starch are used here only in passover week (the flour isn't so tasty) but these cookies were a nice surprise for that week (pls. let me know if you need another recipe with AP flour.

A small questions for the cabbage recepie: you mentioned coconut (KOKUS) but it does not appear in the ingredients list. please provide quantities.
