One Huge CheeseCake עוגת הגבינה הגדולה של גילה

This Recipe was taken from ORT Israel - the food forum, Ben said It's Gila's Cheescake.. anyway It's a very good cake , a realy very easy one to bake.
There is no dough, and you need few ing. at all. I hope you can find the Cheese [5%-9% fat], It's a low fat one.. Cheesecake:

Preheat the oven to 250c(500F), yes It's right..!
Sperate 7 eggs .
In one big bowl whip the egg white, than add 3/4 cup sugar.Whip until stiff.

In another big bowl mix-
7 egg yolks, add:
1 kg Cheese (5-9% fat)
3/4 cup sugar
6 TB cornflour
1 ts vanilla

Fold together the foam and the cheese mixture, put this in a 28cm round pan .
Bake in the Hot (very hot) oven for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to 160C and bake for * 1 hour more.
* after 20- 30 minutes put an aluminum foil all over the cake .
