I use:60 gr butter,250 ml milk,140 gr ricotta cheese,1 ts salt,2TB sugar,1 ts cardamom,2 ts dry yeast(=7 gr),1/4 cup water and 560 gr AP flour ; bake the knots for 15 minutes+- -220C
