No Bake Date - pistachio Cheesecake
No Bake Date - pistachio Cheesecake /Viola עוגת גבינה קרה סילאן ותמריםFor the base:200 gr dates, chopped
100 gr pistachios, toasted and chopped
For the cake:

50gr sour cream (=2 TB)
400 gr white soft low fat cheese (5-9% fat)
100 gr sugar (=1/2 cup)

10 gr gelatin
120 ml milk
500 ml heavy cream, wipped
100 gr silan = fresh dates syrup -date Molasses [picture]

First make the base: Mix the chopped pistachios and dates and put them into 26 cm round baking dish, flatten this mixture on the base .
( it will be more easy to flatten this mixture on a baking paper )
To make the filling :Mix sour cream, cheese and sugar, until sugar melts.
Pour the gelatin over the warm milk, let it melt for few seconds and then mix this well.Add the gelatin-milk mixture to the cheese mixture.Add the wipped cream carefully.

Pour the cheese filling into the prepared base in your baking dish, pour over silan. play with your fork over to make it look like marble..freeze for 3-4 hours.Serve very cold.
