You can eat this with any salad.. It's realy tasty !




I've never cooked Chicken pullets before , mom gave me a frozen 'tray' of this young ( female) Hen+ instructions how to cook them ..!
After cleaning and washing the Hen I've cut every piece to 3, from the long side..
I've mixed :garlic-crushed, olive oil,salt,paprika,hot paprika,goulash seasoning, lemon juice, Kikkoman soy sauce..and I soaked the chicken in this sauce for few hours .Then I fryed the meat on a high flame for few minutes..then added the rest liquids and cooked (covered) for 30 minutes.
