Here are Ran's filled Portobello Mushrooms . The recipe is based on Aharoni's recipe (from ynet weekend newspaper few weeks ago).
The filling and cleaning the fresh Mushrooms was made a night before. Today, Ran baked them for 15-20 minutes ; It's Not written in the printed recipe, but you can sprinkle the Mushrooms bottoms with a pinch of salt before filling them.

Clean the mushrooms (24 small or 12 big) cut the stems. brush the mushrooms with olive oil.
Make the filling by mixing :3/4 cup bread crumbs (not made from fresh bread)+3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese+5 garlic cloves, crushed+2 TB fresh thymine + 5 fresh salvia leaves chopped+10 fresh basil leaves+3/4 cup parsley chopped +1/2 cup walnuts, chopped+1/2 ts nutmeg +1/2 cup olive oil, salt and pepper .
Fill the mushrooms with this mixture .
Put the mushrooms in the pre-heated Oven at 180°C (190). Bake them for about 15-20 minutes .
