Sour Cream Fudge Cake

These are not Brownies , I'm sorry the photo is not very clear.
The cake is realy good, again very easy to bake, and you get lot of cake here .. in the 9X13 pan ! :-)















Sour Cream Fudge Cake/ * K.D.S Recipe Bookעוגת פאדג' שוקולד
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar (or 1 1/3..)
1 ts soda
1/2 ts salt
2 1/2 oz soft butter
1 cup sour cream
3 oz melted chocolate
2 eggs
1 ts vanilla
1/4 cup hot water
Preheat oven to 375F.Grease and flour a 13X9 in pan.
Sift flour,sugar,soda and salt.add the butter and sour cream and beat.
add the chocolate, eggs,vanilla and hot water and beat until ingredients are well blended.
Turn the batter into the tin and bake for about 30 minutes.
Cool the cake in the pan for at least 5 minutes before turning it out.

Not to sweet,nice color.. I love this Bar .
1-1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) cold butter or margarine, cut up
3 Tbsp. cold water
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 pkg. (7 oz.) BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut (2-2/3 cups)
1/3 cup red raspberry preserves

Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix flour and salt in medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add water, stirring with fork until well blended. Press firmly onto bottom of ungreased 9-inch square baking pan. *
